NUBIS PRO 2.0
It inflates to full size in under a minute with an electric pump.
1. Pick the right location for setting up the IceBath. When using the IceBath outdoor, make sure that the area is flat and free of obstacles to avoid damaging the product.
2. Take the IceBath out of the carrying bag and place it in a way to reach the valve easily. Pay attention to how it is packed in the bag so that you can do it in the same way once you want to store it.
3. Inflate the IceBath to full: Lift the valve textile cover, open (unscrew) the valve cap of the IceBath and connect the tube of your pump into the valve.
4. Fill it with cold water. Add ice as needed to reach the desired temperature (10-15°C or 50-59°F is optimal).
Nubis IceBath is compatible with Nubis Chiller. To be able to use it with any other Chiller, you should first check pipe connections if fits.
We recommend to fill the water between the given range on the scale. Exact level between the bottom and top mark should be adapted to your body volume, weight and height.
If you are a beginner, start easy. A good starting temperature is 50°F to 59°F (10-15°C). If you don’t use the Nubis Chiller, gradually add ice to the water. Aim to maintain a temperature between 50°F to 59°F (10°C to 15°C). Use a thermometer to monitor the temperature.
It depends on the starting water temperature and your desired cold level. Typically, 10-20 kg (22-44 lbs) of ice is enough for a standard-sized tub.
